Delivery and Postage

We use Royal Mail services to send you your beautiful jewellery. We aim to post within 5 days of receiving your order if it’s an item we have in stock.

Some items are made to order, with a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks. Please feel free to contact me if you would like your piece sooner; we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on our current workload. Any additional postage fees will be communicated at the time of your order.

All UK items will be sent via standard Royal Mail First Class at a cost of £7.85. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for £10.

Please note, we only ship within the UK.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase! If you do change your mind, most items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please let us know, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the return process.

Please note, however, some items are non-returnable:

• Custom-made or personalised jewellery: Created uniquely for you, these items cannot be returned once customisation has begun.
• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they’re faulty.

We ask that items are unworn and returned in their original packaging. If items show signs of use, this may affect your refund.

Refunds will cover the cost of the item and standard delivery charges, and we aim to process these within 14 days of receiving your return. If we’ve made an error (e.g., incorrect spelling in personalisation), we will correct it or issue a refund as appropriate.

Personalised Orders

Once your custom order is placed, there is a 24-hour period in which you may cancel if needed, after this time items will not be returnable.

While personalised items are non-returnable, we truly want you to love your jewellery. If you have concerns, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to help.

Stamping Information

Please note that the text is hand stamped letter by letter using old-fashioned metal punches. it is not machine engraved and will not be perfectly aligned and straight. this only adds to the unique charm.
